It's Tobi!!! He's my favorite character from a show that I've recently been introduced to: Naruto. He is absolutely adorable- even if it is just an act... but anyhow here he is in a basket... with a balloon. I guess he really wants to fly. And... oh dear. My bird, Dallas somehow got on there... 0_o Also, sorry if I got the mask wrong- I didn't have a pic in front of me while drawing this. I'll probably edit it later on when I have the time. I fail... XP
